These terms and conditions govern your use of, and any purchase from the Saunders & Pughe website, and constitute a contract between you and Saunders & Pughe. Saunders & Pughe reserves the right to change or modify any of these terms and conditions at any time, and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on this site. Therefore, you should check before making a purchase.
Product availability and pricing
Our aim is to send you your order quickly and efficiently. Most pieces are available for despatch within 2 to 5 working days. However, please remember that some of the pieces will have to be individually made, just for you, and therefore delivery may take between 4 to 6 weeks. If you require something sooner, or to meet a special deadline, then please email us at in[email protected] to discuss your particular requirements.
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include Value Added Tax (VAT). In the unlikely event that a piece of jewellery is incorrectly priced we reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur but we cannot honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or not accept the order and we shall notify you of such a situation.

UK & International Shipments
Purchases made through our website may be shipped to addresses in the United Kingdom. We are happy to ship to most countries outside of the UK please contact us before ordering to discuss the shipping costs.
Value Added Tax
All prices on this website include VAT. The VAT amount is that attributable in the UK when the contract is made.
For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:
- Credit cards: using your Visa, MasterCard, credit card through Stripe and PayPal.
- Bank transfer: Arrange payment through your bank please contact us at [email protected] for details.
We use Royal Mail special delivery, this service requires a signature upon delivery of your order.
You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner’s Office (“ICO”), the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues (www.ico.org.uk). We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach the ICO so please contact us in the first instance.
EXCHANGE OR REFUND POLICY ONLINE
If returning an online order for refund or exchange by post please request a return authorisation number within 14 days of receipt. Please write the number clearly on the outside of the package. The cost of any undamaged and unworn items correctly returned will be credited to the original purchasers credit card. Any shipping charges will not be refunded.
International custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the United Kingdom.
We recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit. Items must be in their original packaging if returned to us.

Policy on conflict free diamonds
At Saunders & Pughe, we only purchase diamonds through respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict
Under no circumstances shall Saunders & Pughe be liable for any lost income, profits or wasted expenditure or indirect or consequential loss of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, or tort (including negligence).
