1. All prices shown are for guidance only and are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

2. All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

3. A carriage charge of £6 will be applied to all orders.

4. Any claims for damages, breakages or incomplete deliveries must be made verbally within three days of delivery, and confirmed in writing within seven days of delivery.

All evidence of claims must be kept for inspection, the buyer assuming responsibility upon delivery.

5. Under no circumstances will goods be accepted for return unless otherwise discussed and agreed to be returned at the buyers expense.

6. Prices do fluctuate due to market forces; Saunders & Pughe reserve the right to alter prices.

7. All items remain the property of Saunders & Pughe until payment in pounds sterling has been made in full.
